Fine Arts Camp is returning to Camp Douglas!

Calling all wild and wacky, fun-loving artistic adventurers with a heart for artistic expression; be it dance, singing, music, painting, sculpting, or theatre. If you want to explore your creative side amidst the awesomeness of God’s good creation, come, be inspired, make friends and make ART happen.

Fine Arts Camp includes the fun of kayaking, swimming, archery, knuckleball and all that classic camp fun you’ve come to expect – but we always try to put an artsy (read “creative, silly, not-what-you’d-expect”) sort of twist on things! 

Highlights include: guess your Cabin Leader’s secret art skills, find art in the Bible sessions, special group “art attacks”, creative writing workshops, theatre sports, dance-offs, and so much more … we top it all off with a Gala & Gallery Exhibition featuring camper works of art, theatre productions and talent show … hors d’oeuvres anyone?

Bring clothes that love paint, your favorite musical instruments, dance shoes and journals … expect to take camping where it has never gone before!

(Hey, we can’t promise we’ll get a Smart Car into the dining hall this summer … but we’ll see … no really, a Smart Car in the dining room – last year – it happened – yes sirree!)
