DESCRIPTION:Our Junior Leaders-in-training (LIT) camp is for campers aged 1
 5-16. \n\nWhat to Expect\n\n\nOver the course of this 12-night camp\, LIT
 s will learn the behind-the-scenes workings of Camp Douglas\, and will get
  the chance to practice a variety of leadership skills in our safe and sup
 portive environment. LITs will get a chance to lead chapel and devotional 
 times\, to shadow Camp Douglas cabin leaders and program staff in their da
 y-to-day duties and to carry out a community service project to give back 
 to our local area.\nThis camp is truly a 'Leadership training' program\, a
 nd is distinct from our other camps. LITs are coached\, encouraged and tru
 sted with responsibilities in our signature relational Camp Douglas style.
