RSVP for our Work Party - Saturday April 11

Our Spring Work Party is just around the corner! Our volunteer work parties are a cruicial part of keeping our beautiful camp site ship shape for our summer camp ministry.

(More forest clean up in the spring = fewer wasp stings in the summer! )

Are you able to come along and lend a hand?

Come prepared to do indoor cleaning or work outdoors.  Gloves, boots, work clothes, raingear, change of clothes, etc. 

A pickup truck could be helpful if anyone has option to bring one (please let us know!)

OVERNIGHT STAYS

We know it can be a lot to come to Camp and return home same day.  If you would like to stay at the night before and/or after the work party, please let us know.

Some information as you decide:

Please indicate which (if any) nights you wish to stay and number of people needing a room when you register. (Accommodation is available in the 6 Upper Retreat Centre Rooms, or the Cabins).

MINORS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED AND SUPERVISED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN.  There are no plans for Camp Staff to supervise youth and children. 

Only Saturday Lunch will be provided. The kitchen is available for use, apart from...

A rental group will be using the camp site until 7PM on Friday. If you would like to arrive on the Friday, please let us know so we can communicate accordingly so all of these pieces run smoothly.

If you'd like to come but transport is a barrier, please let us know and we'll see if we can help.
